Actual :- Edit of Specific coding page is not automatically saving SPREAD checkbox - even after uncheck still showing as checked with page refresh

Expected:- Edit of Specific coding for Spread check boxes should be like Auto save (just Uncheck & Spread results should get remove for all lines and vice versa ) - check with page refresh also.

2nd Actual :- With check of checkbox - spread fields showing default values for all lines in specific coding but not actually saved for that line.

Expected :- When user enables spread - show Blank fields for the Selected spread field - then User should be able to select required value and save the line. (show Select option in Custom settings dropdown )
