Expected : When user updates spread settings by selecting another spread option then ui should get modified as per the selected option

Actual : When user updates spread settings by selecting another spread option then keyword section keeps loading. After refreshing the page, previous spread settings are also lost

1. Go to TF admin
2. click on settings > processing settings > specific coding
3. edit any existing profile which has spread settings
4. modify the spread settings by checking another spread option
