This will permanently delete all SLA records from the database. This action cannot be undone.
Instructions
Expected Excel Format:
- First row should contain column headers
- Data should start from the second row
- Date Format: MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt
- Example: 12/31/2023 11:59:59 PM
- Columns 30, 34, and 37 (SLA Min values) are ignored during upload
Important Notes:
DocID Uniqueness: Records with duplicate DocID will overwrite existing records in the database.
